Iberian Bellota Chorizo (cured Bellota red sausage) from acorn-fed pork, elaborated by the prestigious charcuterie ibéricos Dehesa Barón de Ley, located in Extremadura. Designation of Origin Dehesa de Extremadura. One of the best Chorizo from Spain and therefore in the world. With this typical Strong and a little spicy taste, the Bellota Chorizo is a very exclusive product all around the world.
Pairs with: Appetizers, accompanied by bread and extra virgin olive oil with fried eggs in toast, on bread and tomato, accompanied by cheeses. Combines perfectly with Cigales or Rioja red wine, Tempranillo fine country, or any red wine with denomination of origin available in MADE IN SPAIN.
500 Gr Piece vacuum packaged. Keep in cool and dry. Because it is vacuum-packaged, it is recommended to be removed from its wrapping 20 minutes before it is to be eaten to allow flavours to develop. Once opened, remove the vaccum-package.
