Don Aurelio Verdejo Macabeo 2015, White wine perfect to taste very cold at anytime. Navarro López is one of the oldest wineries from Valdepeñas, Castilla la Mancha, and their knowhow is in every wine they made.
Sommilier recommendation: Fish, seafood, rice dishes, and fresh cheeses.
Tasting note: Pale yellow in colour with green notes, clean and bright. In the nose hints of both white fruit (pear) and tropical fruit are accentuated together with vegetable and balsamic aromas. On the palate both citric and floral notes can be further discerned.
