Don Aurelio Seletion 2015, is a recognised young red Tempranillo from the oldest wineries of Valdepeñas, Castilla La Mancha. A symbol of quality and knowhow.
Sommeliers recommendation: Snacks, cured meats, pickled foods, pasta and meat dishes.
Tasting note: Deep mature red colour with violet notes. In the nose it is rich in aromas of blackberry, cherry, and strawberry caramel. On the palate it is a smooth, well rounded and fruity wine with sweet tannins and a creamy finish.
