Don Aurelio Crianza 2013 has an amazing aroma, elegance and brightness. Very Special Red Wine from Valdepeñas (Castilla la Mancha), perfect for red meats, strong cheeses or just to enjoy at any time.
Sommeliers recommendation: It is a versatile wine that combines well with patés, red meats, various stews and cheeses. Ideal serving temperature is around 15 - 17ºC.
Tasting note: Deep cherry red colour, in the nose there is a good balance between the fruit (strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant) and toasted caramel. On the palate it is well balanced with fine tannins and a elegant finish.
