Apricus 2016, red wine made with Tempranillo grapes and with Designation of Origin "Ribera del Duero". Fresh, soft and very fruity.
An exceptional Young Red Wine from Ribera del Duero, made just with traditional methods in one of the most exclusive wineries of Spain.
Sommeliers recommendation: Red meats, game, appetizers, starters, cured ham, cheese.
Tasting note: Medium to intense cherry-red robe. One can appreciate an extremely bluish, violet strained fine layer highlighting its youth. Intense and complex nose. Dominating red fruits, redcurrant and blackberry are well defined. Blue-petalled floral tones, with a marked strawberry and citric presence. In tasting, complete and smooth, potent and well balanced. Fruity and lingering aftertaste.
